Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation treatment on children with cerebral palsy(CP)in welfare institutions.Methods A total of 60 children with CPaged 1 to 6 years who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into three groups according to age：group A (1 to 2 years old)18 cases,group B(＞2 to 4 years old)20 cases,and group C(＞4 to 6 years old)20 cases.All of them were treated with rehabilitation treatment.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of three groups was compared.Results The total effective rate (100.00%)of the group A was higher than that of the group B (83.33%)and the group C (80.00%),with statistical difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the developmental quotient of adaptive behavior,large motor,fine motor,language and individual-social behavior in the group A was better than that in the group B and the group C,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Early use of rehabilitation programs for children with CP in welfare institutions have an important application value.The earlier rehabilitation programs are carried out,the better the effect will be.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
