Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the effect of rush immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods A total of 120 patients with AR who were admitted to our hospital for rapid rush immunotherapy from January to October 2019 were selected. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was used, while in the observation group, on the basis of the control group, individualized nursing intervention was added.The incidence of local and systemic reactions, patient compliance, and total effectiveness rate were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of local and systemic reactions in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The patient total compliance rate and total effectiveness rate were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementing individualized nursing intervention on patients undergoing rush immunotherapy for AR can reduce the occurrence of complications, alleviate pain, increase compliance, and thus achieve a favorable treatment effect.
