Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application value of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with hysteroscopic curettage in scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 cases with scar pregnancy termination after cesarean section admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received high intensity focused ultrasound intervention, the control group received uterine artery embolization, all received hysteroscopic curettage treatment after surgery. Follow up for 3 months, the postoperative recovery and complications in the two groups were compared, the ratio and time of serum human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) turning negative during follow-up were compared. Results The postoperative hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the time of get out of bed was earlier than that in the control group, the time of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of serum hCG turning negative at all time points during the follow-up period (2 weeks after surgery, 1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The seroconversion rates of hCG at 1 and 3 months after operation in both groups were higher than those at 2 weeks after operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of serum hCG turning negative in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For scar pregnancy after cesarean section, high intensity focused ultrasound intervention followed by hysteroscopic curettage treatment can effectively reduce iatrogenic operation injuries, promote early recovery of patients, and have fewer complications and reliable results.
