Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of diversified nursing rehabilitation exercise in patients with tibia plateau fracture. Methods A total of 58 patients with tibia plateau fracture treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the routine group and the intervention group by the random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. The routine group received conventional nursing methods while the intervention group received the diversified nursing rehabilitation exercise. The knee function, total incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After interference, the knee function score of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified nursing rehabilitation exercise for patients with tibia plateau fracture can significantly improve the knee function of the patients, and reduce the total incidence of complications after treatment, and improve the degree of patient recognition of the nursing staff.
