Objective To explore the effect of doula company delivery on improving delivery quality of parturient. Methods A total of 200 parturients delivered in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with doula company delivery. The delivery mode of parturients, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and maternal pain were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of fetal distress and the total incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups (P>0.05). The pain score of the observation group was (2.21±0.64) points, which was lower than that of the control group of (3.18±0.57) points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The doula company can improve the quality of delivery, reduce the pain of delivery, reduce cesarean sections and improve the rate of natural delivery. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
