Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaozhiling combined with prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH)in the treatment of rectal intramucosal prolapse. Methods A total of 80 patients with rectal intramucosal prolapse admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into the control group (40 cases) and the observation group (40 cases). The observation group was treated with PPH alone, the observation group was treated with Xiaozhiling on this basis. The symptom score, operation time, hospitalization time and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the preoperative and postoperative symptom score of the 1th,3th days, operation time and hospitalization time between the two groups (P＞0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of anal pain, anal distention and dysuria between the two groups (P＞0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with PPH alone, Xiaozhiling combined with PPH has less postoperative bleeding and higher safety in clinical application.
