Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood purification therapy in patients with renal failure and acute heart failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with renal failure and acute heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the randomized double-blind method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine emergency treatment, while the experimental group received blood purification treatment on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE-Ⅱ) scores, left ventricular ejection fractions, cardiac outputs and renal functions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (97.50%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The APACHE-Ⅱscores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the left ventricular ejection fractions and cardiac outputs were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The APACHE-Ⅱscore of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, the ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN)andserum creatinine (Scr) in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of BUN and Scr in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Blood purification treatment on patients with renal failure and acute heart failure can obtain better results, improve the patients′ heart function and renal function.
