Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in the treatment of local complications of severe acute pancreatitis by CT guided puncture. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who underwent CTguided puncture treatment and were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group (32 cases) and the observation group (28 cases) by random coin toss method. The control group carried out traditional nursing care, and the observation group carried out clustered nursing. The two groups were compared with local complications, abdominal pain and bloating recovery time, body temperature returning to normal time, first defecation time, hospitalization time, etc. Results The total incidence of local complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recovery time from abdominal pain and bloating, time to normal body temperature, first defecation time, and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis, during CT guided puncture treatment, cluster nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of local complications, shorten the time of symptom regression, and has high clinical application value.
