Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of good limb position combined with local vibration training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke and its effect on motor function. Methods A total of 120 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to Liaoyang Central Hospital in Liaoning Province from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and assigned to the control group (n=60) and the study group (n=60) by simple random sampling. Patients in the control group received local vibration training, while patients in the study group received well-limbed placement combined with local vibration training, both groups were nursed for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy, limb function evaluation, daily living ability and complications of patients of the two groups after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); there were no statistically significant differences in simplified fugl-meyer scale (FMA) score and Barthel index (BI) scale score before nursing care between the two groups (P>0.05); after nursing, FMA score and BI score in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); in addition, FMA score and BI score of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); after nursing, the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of good limb position and local vibration training for hemiplegia patients with stroke has a good clinical effect.
