Objective To explore the application effect of early anti-anxiety in patients with Sjogren′s syndrome. Methods A total of 100 patients with Sjogren′s syndrome admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group(50 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received early anti-anxiety. The improvement effect of adverse emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life scores (eating function, psychological function, social function and material life) of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The intervention satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early anti-anxiety measures in the treatment of Sjogren′s syndrome can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, and help to improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.
