早期营养支持护理联合健康教育在胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨早期营养支持护理联合健康教育在胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月在大连大学附属中山医院接受治疗的胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者80 例作为研究对象，按计算机随机分组法将所有患者分为研究组和对照组，每组40 例。对照组采用健康教育护理，研究组在此基础上予以早期营养支持护理，比较两组患者护理前后营养指标[血清白蛋白（ALB）、血清转铁蛋白（ST）、血红蛋白（Hb）]变化情况，采用简明健康生活状况量表（SF-36）评估其治疗前后的生活质量，统计所有患者护理后的并发症发生情况并对其进行护理满意度调查。结果护理后，研究组的ALB、ST、Hb 均高于对照组，SF-36 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后，研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），护理后，研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期营养支持联合健康教育护理可有效改善胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的营养状态并促进其身体恢复，经二者联合护理后患者生活质量显著提升，该护理方法可降低患者并发症发生风险并改善其预后，还可提高其护理满意度，其临床价值较高，建议可进一步推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of early nutrition support nursing and combined health education in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Methods A total of 80 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation treated from July 2019 at Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University between July 2019 and July 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and all patients were divided into study group and control group according to the computer randomization method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group used health education care, the research group gave early nutrition support nursing, the two groups of patients before and after care nutrition indicators(serum albumin [ALB], serum transferrin [ST], hemoglobin [Hb]) changes, using the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36) to evaluate the quality of life before and after treatment, statistics of the occurrence of complications in all patients after care and conduct their nursing satisfaction survey weer compared. Results After nursing, the ALB, ST and Hb in the study group were higher than those in the control group, SF-36 score was higher than that in the study group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing,the total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early nutrition support joint health education of nursing can effectively improve the gastroduodenal ulcer perforation patients nutrition status and promote their recovery, after the joint care the patients quality of life significantly increased, the nursing methods can reduce a patient′s risk of complications and improve the prognosis, but also to improve the nursing satisfaction and its clinical value is higher, Suggestions for further popularization and application.
