Construction of a pulmonary rehabilitation nursing system for patients with pulmonary surgery in a multidisciplinary collaborative model

Abstract：Objective Under the multi-disciplinary cooperation mode, the nursing system of lung rehabilitation for patients with lung surgery is constructed to provide systematic nursing for postoperative lung rehabilitation of patients with lung surgery and promote the early recovery of patients. Methods Through consulting domestic and foreign literature,clinical investigation, and using Delphi method to consult experts by letter, determine the specific content of lung rehabilitation nursing system for patients with lung surgery. Results Fifteen questionnaires were distributed in both rounds of expert letter consultation. All questionnaires were collected, and the authority coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.885, among which the familiarity coefficient of the experts participating in the questionnaire was 0.913, and the judgment basis coefficient was 0.857.The experts participating in this survey were familiar with their professional knowledge and had a high degree of authority, and the results were reliable. By integrating the results of the two rounds of letter consultation and statistical analysis of the data, a lung rehabilitation nursing system including 5 first-level items, 10 second-level items and 100 third-level items was formed according to the discussion of the research group. Conclusion The pulmonary rehabilitation nursing system for patients with pulmonary surgery in a multidisciplinary collaborative model has the scientific and reliable content and can provide scientific and systematic nursing care for pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary surgery, which can promote their early recovery.
