Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Wechat mini program in continuing medical education management. Methods Two hundred nursing staff who received continuing medical education through Wechat mini program in August 2019 and August 2020 were selected as the observation group, and one hundred nursing staff who received traditional medical education from August 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the control group. The two groups of subjects were compared in terms of check-in time, time needed to complete training materials, attendance rate, evaluation score of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and satisfaction with management style. Results The check-in time and the time required to complete training materials in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The attendance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The evaluation scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of management style in the observation group was higher than that in the control group the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Wechat mini program in the management of continuing medical education can improve the training efficiency and attendance rate, and is conducive to the mastery of knowledge, so it is worth promoting and applying.
