Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Salvia Polyphenolate on the improvement of angina symptoms and endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 400 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in Beijing Tiantan Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (200 cases) and the observation group (200 cases) using the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Salvia Polyphenolate on the basis of conventional treatment. The number of angina pectoris episodes, Nitroglycerin use, angina pectoris induction time, time of ST segment depression 1 mm, electrocardiogram effect, angina pectoris effect, endothelin-1 (ET-1) expression level and endothelial cell particles (EMPs) level were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the number of angina pectoris episodes and Nitroglycerin use were lower than those before treatment, and the angina pectoris induction time and time of ST segment depression 1 mm were longer than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the number of angina pectoris episodes and Nitroglycerin use of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the angina pectoris induction time and time of ST segment depression 1 mm were longer than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of ET-1 expression and EMPs after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of ET-1 expression and EMPs after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia Polyphenolate has a better effect on improving myocardial function in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and also has a good inhibitory effect on EMPs.
