The reference group adopted the routine nursing method, the study group used the routine nursing and the monitoring of the sensitive index of nursing quality, the treatment methods of the two groups were the same. The satisfaction rate, adverse reactions and nursing quality score of the two groups were observed. Results The scores of nursing quality (drug use, risk management, accurate identification of patients, basic operation, grading nursing implementation) in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total incidence of nursing adverse events of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of using sensitive indicators of nursing quality is obvious, the nursing quality and satisfaction rate are high, and the nursing safety is high, which is suitable for clinical application.
