Abstract:The work of health care for cadres is of great significance because of the particularity of the objects. With the aging of the population process is accelerating, the cadre health care is facing the age of the health care object is increasing, the number of people is increasing, the medical care demand of the health care object is more higher. In the new period, we must make clear the focus of the cadre health care work, attach importance fundamentally, and take many measures simultaneously. Realize working mode from experience type passive health care to scientific type active health care, do have a definite target, improve the effect of cadre work. Therefore,During the “14th Five-Year” Plan period, four measures can be taken when the work of health care for cadres is carried out. First, improve the health care system for cadres. Second, the discipline construction of health care for cadres should be perfected in order to promote the long-term development of the subject. Third, the single mode of care management should be changed into that of health management so as to provide better services of prevention,health care,medical treatment and integration of rehabilitation for the great majority of cadres. Fourth, make scientific and targeted efforts to prevent and control COVID-19.Furthermore,the work of health care for cadres could be continually guided and promoted through establishing the consciousness of keeping pace with the times,improving the system of health care for cadres,enhancing the quality and consciousness of service and appling new ideas and new methods.
