Abstract:Objective To understand the pollution level and change trend of main food-borne pathogenic bacteria in the food of Fengcheng city, so as to provide basis and technical guidance for food safety supervision in Fengcheng City. Methods According to the requirements of The Work Plan of Implementing National Food Safety Risk Monitoring by Health Departments of Jiangxi Province from 2015 to 2020, corresponding foods were collected annually, and microbial indicators were detected, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Among 604 samples, 82 bacterial strains were detected, with a detection rate of 13.6%. The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in different kinds of food was significantly different (P<0.05), and the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in raw food, meat and meat products, and Chinese cold dish was higher. The detection rate of food pathogenic bacteria in different business places was significantly different (P<0.05), among which the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in mobile vendors, beverage shops and farmers′ markets was higher. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of food pathogens in different seasons (P>0.05). The detection rate of foodborne pathogens decreased year by year from 2015 to 2020. Conclusion The pollution of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Fengcheng City is relatively serious. We should strengthen the management of raw food, meat and meat products and Chinese cold dishes, focus on the management of mobile vendors, beverage stores, farmers′ markets and other business places, control the pollution of pathogens and combine with improving the inspection ability, to better ensure the food safety of the people.
