Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with FM fascia manual massage in the treatment of postpartum pelvic pain. Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum pelvic pain admitted to the Department of Postpartum Rehabilitation of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Luohu District in Shenzhen City from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation, and the observation group was treated with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with FM fascia manipulation massage. The overall effective rate, pain, female sexual function and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the female sexual function index survey scale (FSFI) score and Barthel index rating scale (BI) score of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with FM fascia manipulation massage can effectively alleviate the pain, stabilize the condition, promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength, reduce female sexual dysfunction and improve the quality of life.
