Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of audio-visual combined decentralized nursing in outpatient infusion of children with respiratory diseases. Methods A total of 200 cases of children with intravenous infusion admitted to Sihui People's Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, all of whom were diagnosed with respiratory diseases. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 100 cases in each group The control group took routine nursing intervention, and the observation group took audio-visual combined decentralized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The success rate of puncture pain and psychological stress, the degree of puncture cooperation and the nursing satisfaction of their families of two groups were compared. Results After corresponding nursing of the two groups, the puncture success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the pain degree and psychological stress level were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of audio-visual and dispersed nursing can reduce the pain degree and psychological stress of children in outpatient infusion, improve the success rate of puncture, obtain high cooperation of children, and their families have high satisfaction with nursing, which is worth promoting.
