Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of seamless integrated first aid mode in the control of asthma in children with acute exacerbations. Methods A total of 60 children with acute asthma who were admitted in Bo'ai Hospital of Zhongshan City from June 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the study group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method, the control group was adopted the conventional emergency mode, and the study group was adopted the seamless integrated emergency mode, the objective indicators such as peak expiratory flow, respiratory frequency, pulse rate, arterial blood oxygen saturation, and the improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared. Results The peak expiratory flow levels after intervention of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The peak expiratory flow of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood oxygen saturation of the study group after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the respiratory frequency of the study group after intervention was lower than that before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of the blood oxygen saturation and respiratory frequency before and after intervention of the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The blood oxygen saturation of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, the respiratory frequency of the study group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was not statistically significant in the pulse rate of the study group before and after intervention (P>0.05). The pulse rate after intervention in the control group was higher than that before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The pulse rate after intervention in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of children with unobstructed breathing and acid-base balance in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The seamless integrated first aid mode for children with acute asthma attacks can effectively increase peak expiratory flow, blood oxygen saturation, control respiratory frequency, promote unobstructed breathing and acid-base balance, and there is no significant effect on pulse rate, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
