Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of screw acupuncture therapy for spleen-stomach weakened pregnancy obstruction. Methods From May 2019 to September 2020, 60 patients with spleen-stomach weakened pregnancy dysfunction who were treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in group A were only treated with fluid rehydration, while patients in group B were treated with screw acupuncture on the basis of group A. The treatment effect, symptom score before and after treatment and urinary ketone body level were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B was higher than of group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the total scores of vomiting, anorexia, hypochondriac pain, irritability, bitter mouth, dry mouth, belching and sighing, headache and dizziness and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in group B were lower than those in group A, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of urinary ketone body in group B was lower than that in group A after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of screw acupuncture for pregnant women with weak spleen and stomach is significant, which can relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the level of urine ketone bodies.
