Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias originating from the tricuspid annulus. Methods A total of 60 patients with ventricular arrhythmias originating from the tricuspid annulus treated in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into the big bend group (20 cases), the small bend group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases). The big bend group was treated with "big bend method" and the small bend group was treated with "small bend method", the control group was treated with conventional drugs. The radiofrequency ablation effects of the big bend group and the small bend group were compared, and the diagnosis and treatment effects of the three groups were compared. Results There were no stastically significances in modeling time,X-ray exposure time, discharge time, total operation time and discharge times between the big bend group and the small bend group (P>0.05). There were stastically significance of the total effective rates among the three groups (P<0.05). The total effective rates of the big bend group and the small bend group were higher than the control group, the differences were stastically significant (P<0.017). The total effective rates between the big bend group and the small bend group were not stastically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation for patients with ventricular arrhythmias originating from the tricuspid annulus can help them alleviate and eliminate clinical symptoms such as palpitation, "big bend method" and "small bend method" catheter attachment treatment can help patients achieve better clinical efficacy. The safety of clinical application is high, and the total effective rate is higher than that of conventional drug treatment, which is worthy of popularization and application.
