Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Sakobactri Valsartan on salt-sensitive hypertension (SSH). Methods A total of 100 patients with SSH who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology in Fushun Central Hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Valsartan Capsules and the patients in the observation group were treated with Sakobactri Valsartan. Blood pressure and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) levels in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of endothelin-1 (ET-1) was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Sakobactril Valsartan has a good effect on the treatment of SSH and can effectively control the blood pressure of SSH patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
