Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of exercise management in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension admitted to the Health Management Center in the First People's Hospital of Foshan City from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with drugs to control blood pressure, and the observation group was treated with exercise management on the basis of the control group. Blood pressure, heart rate, plasma endothelin level, nitric oxide (NO) level, diet and exercise indexes and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups. Results Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,24 h heart rate, plasma endothelin, NO, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels in observation group were lower than those in control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total amount of exercise in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before and after intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total amount of exercise between the two groups (P >0.05). After intervention, the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and effective exercise amount in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the effective exercise time was longer than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The dietary intake and actual balance amount of observation group were lower than those of control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening exercise management during the treatment of patients with hypertension can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the blood pressure level and heart rate of the patients, reduce the blood lipid level, ensure a balanced dietary intake and effective exercise amount and exercise time, and reduce the NO level and plasma endothelin level, thereby effectively improving the prognosis of patients.
