Abstract:Objective To explore the obstetric influencing factors of abnormal pelvic floor function in pregnant women. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 156 parturients admitted to Houjie People's Hospital in Dongguan from February to July 2020, and divided them into abnormal group (n=76) and normal group (n=80), analyze the obstetric influencing factors of pelvic floor function of pregnant and lying-in women. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the age, parity, newborn weight and delivery method of the two groups were related to the pelvic floor function of pregnant women, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The body mass index (BMI)of the two groups has nothing to do with maternal pelvic floor function (P>0.05). The results of multivariate analysis indicated that the maternal age was more than 31 years old (β=0.301, OR=1.142, 95%CI=0.781~1.221), parity ≥2 times(β=0.238, OR=1.705, 95%CI=0.521~1.958 ), newborn weights>4000 g (β=0.216, OR=1.373, 95%CI=1.133~2.255) and vaginal delivery methods (β=0.096, OR=1.344, 95%CI=1.043~1.736) affect pregnant women Obstetric risk factors related to pelvic floor function (P<0.05). Conclusion Maternal age>30 years, parity ≥2 times, newborn weight>4000 g,and vaginal delivery are related obstetric risk factors that affect the pelvic floor function of pregnant women, clinical intervention should be actively carried out accordding to these faotors.
