Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect and safety of early enteral nutrition support therapy in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 50 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The group was treated with early enteral nutrition support therapy, and the control group was treated with conventional nasal feeding. The clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The nutritional indicators of serum total protein (TP), serum prealbumin (PA) and serum albumin (ALB) of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support therapy in the clinical treatment of severe cerebral hemorrhage can improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is worthy of popularization and application.
