布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的效果及对气道功能和炎症指标的影响

摘要目的探讨布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）患者的效果及对气道功能和炎症指标的影响。方法选择咸宁市中医医院呼吸内科2019年12月至2020年12月收治的CVA 患者79 例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组（n=39）和对照组（n=40），对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂吸入治疗，观察组加用孟鲁司特钠，连续治疗4 周，比较两组患者的疗效，比较两组患者治疗前后气道功能指标及血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗后的用力肺活量（FVC）、第一秒用力呼气量（FEV1）及FEV1/FVC 高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的白细胞介素-8（IL-8）及白细胞介素-4（IL-4）水平低于对照组，γ 干扰素（IFN-γ）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 CVA 患者采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，治疗效果得到提高，患者的肺功能情况和炎症因子表达水平得到了进一步改善和调节。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of airway function and inflammation indicators of Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalants combined with Montelukast Sodium in cough variant asthma in the treatment of cough asthma (CVA).Methods A total of 79 CVA patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine in Xianning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into observation group (n=39) and control group (n=40) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalants, and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium for 4 consecutive weeks. The efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the airway function indexes and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in first second (FEV1) and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were stastically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was stastically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) was higher than that in the control group, the differences were stastically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion CVA patients were treated with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalants, combined with Montelukast Sodium, the treatment effect was improved, and their lung function and inflammatory factor expression levels were further improved and regulated.
