Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Dezocine on recovery period agitation in children with laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 86 children undergoing laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation surgery admitted to Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University from March 2018 to April 2021 were selected retrospectively as the study subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the anesthetic drugs different, with 43 cases in each group. The control group administered saline on the basis of conventional anesthesia measures, and the observation group gave Dezocine on the basis of conventional anesthesia measures. The vital signs, agitation scores at different time points, awakening period, pain score, extubation time, anesthesia monitoring time and monitoring anesthesia improvement score were compared between the two groups. Results At 5 min before operation (T0),the time of drug with drawal (T1),the mean arterial pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups, with no significantly significant differences (P>0.05).At extubation (T2),and 5 min after extubation (T3),the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same period, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the control group at T1,T2 and T3 were higher than those at T0 in this group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure in the observation group at T1,T2 and T3 was higher than that at T0 in this group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The heart rate in the observation group at T1 and T2 was higher than that at T0 in this group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The heart rate in the observation group at T3 was compared with T0 in this group, with no significantly significant difference (P>0.05).The scores of agitation and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in extubation time and anesthesia improvement score between the two groups (P>0.05).The anesthesia monitoring times in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Injecting Dezocine during laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac could effectively improve the incidence of restlessness in children after general anesthesia and promote stable hemodynamics.
