Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality of cryoprecipitation with different volumes prepared by the automatic blood component separator. Methods A total of 60 bags of 400 ml qualified blood collected in Changchun Central Blood Station from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected.Fresh frozen plasma was prepared according to standard operating procedures, and cryoprecipitated coagulation factors were prepared by automatic blood component separator.According to the final product volume of coagulation factor, they were divided into groups A and B,group A: 20-30 ml,30 bags;group B: 40-50 ml,30 bags. The cryoprecipitate capacity,Ⅷfactor content and fibrinogen content were compared between the two groups. Results The volume of group A ([29.73±0.74] ml/bag) was lower than that of group B ([44.57±2.80] ml/bag),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).There were no statistically significant differences in Ⅷfactor content ([103.78±15.06] U/bag) and fibrinogen content ([289.60±58.72] mg/bag) between group A and group B ([104.68±24.42] U/bag,[296.70±55.29] mg/bag) (P>0.05).Conclusion The automatic blood component separator is used to prepare cryoprecipitation with different capacities. There is no difference in the quality of cryoprecipitation between the two groups, which meets the national standards. This preparation method is worth promoting.
