Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Niaoduqing Granules combined with Febuxostat in the treatment of hyperuricemia (HUA).Methods Forty HUA patients who treated in our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Febuxostat, and the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing Granules combined with Febuxostat.The clinical efficacy, laboratoryrelated indicators, quality of life, and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, serum creatinine, serumuricacid, random urinary albumin, cystatin C concentration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of the quality of life (SF-12) scale after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusions Niaoduqing Granules combined with Febuxostat has significant clinical efficacy and good safety.It can effectively control various indicators that change due to the disease and Improve quality of life.
