案例教学法在《中医内科学》教学中的应用

摘要《中医内科学》作为中医学的主要学科，其对中医临床教学的推动作用十分明显。研究显示案例教学法（CBL）可提高学生的学习热情，有利于培养学生的积极主动性及临床综合能力。本研究对CBL 在中医内科教学的应用进行初步探索，为将来进一步的教学改良、创新提供思路。本文论述CBL 的必要性、优势，详细描述了CBL的具体实施方法、评价方法等，最后阐述了案例教学法的意义及注意事项。CBL 适用于中医院校《中医内科学》临床教学，对合格临床医师的培养有极大帮助，可以在今后的教学中推广。

Abstract：As the main subject of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinic,the reform and development of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine plays an important role in promoting the development of TCM teaching.Case-based learning(CBL）can increase students′ learning interest and enthusiasm,and help to develop students′clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability.This article makes a preliminary exploration on the application of CBL in the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference for the later teaching.This article discusses the necessity,advantages,implementation,evaluation,significance and points for attention of the CBL.CBL is a teaching method suitable for TCM internal medicine,which is conducive to the training of qualified TCM doctors and can be popularized in future teaching.
