Abstract:Objective To analyze the investigation of sleep structure and its influencing factors in children with snoring, and to provide reference for clinic. Methods A total of 160 children with snoring treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into abnormal sleep structure group and non-abnormal sleep structure group according to whether they had abnormal sleep structure.General clinical data of two groups of children were collected to analyze the influencing factors of abnormal sleep structure in children with snoring. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the abnormal sleep structure in children with snoring was related to weight, electronic screen use time, outdoor activity time, anxiety, depression and parental education level, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis of logistic regression model showed that weight(β=0.304,OR=1.356,95%CI=1.030-1.786),screen time>1 h(β=0.835,OR=2.304,95%CI=1.206-4.404),outdoor activity time≤2 h (β=1.083,OR=2.955,95%CI=1.243-7.025),anxiety (β=0.693,OR=1.999,95%CI=1.058-3.776),depression(β=0.708,OR=2.030,95%CI=1.074-3.838)and high school or below parental education (β=0.738,OR=2.092,95%CI=1.106-3.957)were independent risk factors for abnormal sleep structure in children with snoring (P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of abnormal sleep structure is higher in children with snoring, and there are many independent risk factors for abnormal sleep structure, among which heavier body weight, screen time >1 h,outdoor activity time ≤2 h,anxiety, depression and low parental education are independent risk factors for abnormal sleep structure in children with snoring.
