Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the effect of Teach-back health education on intervention in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer assisted pregnant elderly patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer assisted pregnant elderly patients admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group (40 cases)and control group(40 cases) by odd-even number method.The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),satisfaction with health education,treatment compliance and pregnancy success rate were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The SAS scores of the two groups after intervention was lower than those before intervention,and the score of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Teach-back health education in the clinical intervention of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer to assist elderly pregnant patients can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve patients' satisfaction with health education and compliance with treatment,and thus improve the success rate of pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
