Application effect of Adjusted Qingre Jiedu Formula combined antibiotics in infertility patients caused by chronic endometritis

Objective To investigate the effect of Adjusted Qingre Jiedu Formula (AQJF)on the pregnancy outcome of infertility patients caused by chronic endometritis(CE).Methods A total of 265 patients with infertility caused by CE admitted to the outpatient department of Jiangxi Maternal And Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group (93 cases)and control group (172 cases)according to the treatment methods.The study group was treated with AQJF combined with antibiotics,and the control group was treated with conventional antibiotics.The general conditions (age,type of infertility,duration of infertility,body mass index,endometrial thickness on implantation day,number of transferred embryos,etc.),hysteroscopy review after treatment,histopathological examination results and pregnancy outcomes(embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and adverse pregnancy rate)were compared between the two groups.Results The negative conversion rate of cluster differentiation (CD)138 and CD38,embryo implantation rate,and clinical pregnancy rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the adverse pregnancy rate of the two groups.Conclusion AQJF combined with antibiotics can improve uterine cavity environment and pregnancy outcome in patients with CE,and the effect is better than that of antibiotics alone.
