Objective To investigate the effect of"one disease, one product"mode in patients with hepatic carcinoma undergoing transcatheter artery chemoembolization (TACE).Methods A total of 100 patients with liver cancer admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with "one disease, one product" mode, continuous intervention until discharge. The psychological state,pain,self-care ability, complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),numerical rating scale (NRS) and total complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of self-care ability assessment scale and World Health Organization quality of life (WHOQOL) scale were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The"one disease, one product"mode can alleviate the bad mood and pain of patients undergoing TACE for liver cancer, promote the improvement of self-care ability and quality of life, and reduce the risk of complications.
