Respiratory therapy is a professional and practical subject, which develops rapidly. The traditional teaching model can not meet the training needs of respiratory therapy professionals. The blended teaching, which combines the advantages of Internet teaching and traditional teaching mode,is an important direction of the current teaching reform in colleges and universities. In the past,it was believed that for clinical courses, online education has a single teaching method, lack of supervision and lack of interaction between teachers and students, and it is difficult to achieve good teaching results. With the rapid development of the Internet, online education platforms have developed rapidly.Cloud classroom,as a new online education model, breaks the time-space boundary of traditional classroom, uses information technology to provide teaching resources, guides students to learn independently and supports two-way interaction between teachers and students, and is increasingly applied in college education. The case-based learning(CBL)based on typical clinical cases can improve students' ability to integrate knowledge and analyze clinical problems, and has achieved good results in clinical course teaching. The course of respiratory therapy is basic and practical. In practical teaching,it explores the application of mixed teaching mode, combines case teaching with modern information transfer carriers such as cloud classroom, designs the learning baseline, and makes reasonable course planning.Make teaching videos and arrange online learning.Prepare clinical cases, practice teaching in class.Extension of materials after class to expand clinical thinking.Teaching modules such as courses and assessment are helpful for students to master basic theories and improve professional skills.
