Abstract：Objective To investigate the prognostic of stroke patients with different risk factors based on lipotomic method.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)admitted to Jiujiang First People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,after 3 months of treatment,the patients were divided into good group(n=82)and bad group(n=38)according to prognosis.The effects of age,gender,smoking history,drinking history,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,family history of stroke,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels on the poor prognosis of AIS patients were analyzed.Results Among all 120 AIS patients included in the study,38 patients had poor prognosis,with an incidence of 31.67%,and 82 patients had good prognosis,with an incidence of 68.33%.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in gender,smoking history,drinking history,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes and family genetic history of stroke between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were significant differences in age,TC,TG,HbA1c and LDL-C between the two groups(P＜0.05).Multiple factors analysis results suggest that age(β=0.266,OR=1.304,95%CI=1.136-1.498),HbA1c (β=0.838,OR=2.312,95%CI=1.269-4.212),LDL-C (β=1.662,OR=5.269,95%CI=2.178-12.745) were risk factors for poor prognosis in AIS patients,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Age,HbA1c and LDL-C are risk factors for poor prognosis of AIS patients.Targeted interventions can be carried out according to the above factors to reduce the incidence of poor prognosis in AIS patients.
