老年射血分数保留型心力衰竭与衰弱的相关性研究进展

摘要

随着全球人口老龄化的发展，健康老龄化受到越来越多的关注。射血分数保留型心力衰竭（HFpEF）是老年心力衰竭患者中最常见的心力衰竭亚型，具有较高的患病率；而衰弱是一种与年龄相关的老年综合征，可加重老年人心血管疾病的发生发展。二者均是涉及多系统功能失调的异质性综合征，患病率随着年龄的增长而增高，并且尚无明确的治疗方案。合并衰弱将显著增加老年HFpEF 患者的患病风险，影响老年HFpEF 的预后，给老年HFpEF 患者带来更加繁重的疾病负担。由于衰弱早期是动态且可逆的，尽早筛查、识别并干预衰弱，对老年HFpEF 患者综合管理具有重要意义。目前研究发现，HFpEF 和衰弱具有相似的危险因素和病理生理机制，深入认识二者发病的相关性，有助于临床评估和干预的开展。

Abstract：

With the development of global population aging,healthy aging is receiving increasing attention.Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF)is the most common subtype of heart failure in the elderly,with a high morbidity.While frailty is an age-related geriatric syndrome that can exacerbate the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly.They are heterogeneous syndromes involving multiple system dysfunction,with an increasing prevalence with age,and there is no clear treatment.Moreover,frailty will significantly affect the risk and prognosis of old HFpEF patients,and bring a heavier disease burden to them.As early frailty is dynamic and reversible,early screening,identification and intervention of frailty is of great significance for the comprehensive management of old HFpEF patients.Current studies have found that HFpEF and frailty have similar risk factors and pathophysiological mechanisms.An in-depth study of the correlation between HFpEF and frailty is helpful for clinical evaluation and intervention.
