Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Xihuang Capsules combined with teng medicine external application on pelvic inflammatory mass.Methods A total of 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory mass admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received simple teng medicine external application,and the experimental group received Xihuang Capsules on this basis.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and mass diameter of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of lumbosacral soreness,lower abdominal bearing-down pain or tingling,high leucorrhea amount,menstrual disorder,fatigue and low fever in experimental group were lower than those in control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mass diameter of experimental group was smaller than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xihuang Capsules combined with teng medicine external application in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory mass patients,the effect is good,can significantly improve symptom and reduce the mass,comprehensive efficacy is high.
