Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)injection in three types of type Ⅰincision surgery.Methods A total of 160 surgical inpatients admitted to the Lechang People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 160 surgical inpatients admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as the intervention group.The control group adopted conventional management methods,and the intervention group adopted the management mode of close assistance and resident pharmacist intervention.The use of PPIs and the irrational use of PPIs in the two groups were analyzed.Results The utilization rate of PPIs injection in the intervention group was 37.5%,lower than that in the control group(77.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The irrational utilization rate of PPIs injection in the intervention group was 30.6%,lower than that in the control group (50.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of PPIs injection in the intervention group was(2.06±2.80)d,which was lower than that in the control group (4.78±3.38) d,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PPIs injection in three kinds of type Ⅰincision surgery can help pharmacists to intervene scientifically and promote the rational use of PPIs injection to achieve satisfactory results.
