Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of thromboela-stogram (TEG) combined with platelet aggregation function in recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA).Methods Fifty patients with RSA admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy women from the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.TEG and platelet aggregation function were detected in both groups. The coagulation reaction time (R),blood cell agglutination time (K),blood clot formation rate(Angle),maximum blood clot strength (MA)and maximum platelet aggregation rate of TEG were compared between the two groups. The results of single detection and combined detection were compared. Results The values of R and K in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the values of MA,Angle and maximum platelet aggregation rate were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of TEG alone were 86.00% and 84.00% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of platelet aggregation were 84.00% and 82.00% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were 98.00% and 96.00% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were higher than those of TEG and platelet aggregation function alone, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.017).Conclusion TEG combined with platelet aggregation function has significant value in detecting RSA.
