Abstract:The PDCA cycle was applied to the rectification of problems in comprehensive ward rounds in Binhai Bay Central Hospital of Dongguan City. Aiming at the defects existing in the rectification of problems in comprehensive ward rounds, the continuous circulatory improvement was carried out in four stages of "analyzing problems and making plans""implementing plans and solving problems""continuous inspection and tracking results" and "refining standards and summing up experience". It has broken the barriers of cross-organization and cross-level business collaboration, and improved leadership decision-making power and department execution power. After the application, the rectification rate of ward round problems was significantly increased, the average satisfaction of clinical medical technology departments to the rectification of ward round problems was significantly improved, and the work of ward round achieved good results. At the same time, it further improved the hospital management system and standardized the work flow. It is problem-oriented, effectively solves the key and difficult problems that affect the people's medical experience and the sustainable development of the hospital, fundamentally improves the service quality, and enables the high-quality development of the hospital.
