Abstract:Over the past few decades,cardiovascular disease due to atherosclerosis has become the single largest cause of death worldwide.At present,the number of overweight and obese people is increasing at a worrying rate,and the risk factors related to cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,smoking,dyslipidemia,physical inactivity,obesity,diabetes,diet,and population aging and their interactions make cardiovascular diseases a major global problem.miRNAs are extremely conserved star molecules in human evolution,and in recent years of research,miRNAs and their congeners have been shown to be closely associated with leukemia,gastric cancer,cardiovascular disease and many other diseases.Among cardiovascular diseases,chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of a variety of cardiovascular diseases,among which atherosclerosis is the common pathological basis of coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases.As atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease,the inflammatory response may be regulated by miRNA expression.Therefore,how to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases from the expression and regulation of genes has become a research hotspot.
