Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of precision management in the management of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center.Methods A total of 1 742 Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments treated by Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from July to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group (860 Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments from July to September 2022,including 86 robotic arms,36 endoscopes and 738 basic instruments)and the observation group (from October to December 2022,882 Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments,including 92 robotic arms,41 endoscopes and 749 basic instruments)successively by time.The control group's Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments were managed as common instruments.Precision management was applied to the Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in the observation group,and the whole process from use,recovery to distribution of the Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments was carried out.The treatment steps of the two groups of instruments were the same.The qualified cleaning rate,instrument damage rate and clinical department satisfaction of two groups of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments were analyzed.Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of instrument damage in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical departments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The precision management of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in Disinfection Supply Center can improve the quality of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments,reduce the damage rate of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments,improve the satisfaction of users,and ensure the safety of patients.
