消毒供应中心达芬奇机器人手术器械精细化管理的应用效果

摘要目的探讨精细化管理在消毒供应中心达芬奇机器人手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022 年7 月至12 月江西省人民医院处理的1 742 件达芬奇机器人手术器械作为研究对象，按时间先后分为对照组（2022 年7月至9 月的860 件达芬奇机器人手术器械，其中机械臂86 件、内窥镜36 件、基础器械738 件）与观察组（2022年10月至12 月的882 件达芬奇机器人手术器械，其中机械臂92 件、内窥镜41 件、基础器械749 件），对照组达芬奇机器人手术器械按普通器械进行管理，观察组达芬奇机器人手术器械采用精细化管理，将达芬奇机器人手术器械从使用、回收到发放整个过程进行精细化管理，两组器械处理步骤相同。对两组达芬奇机器人手术器械的清洗合格率、器械损坏率及临床科室满意度进行统计分析。结果观察组器械清洗合格率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组器械损坏率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床科室总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论消毒供应中心达芬奇机器人手术器械应用精细化管理，可以提高达芬奇机器人手术器械处理质量，降低达芬奇机器人手术器械损坏率，提升使用科室满意度，保障患者就医安全。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of precision management in the management of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center.Methods A total of 1 742 Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments treated by Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from July to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group (860 Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments from July to September 2022,including 86 robotic arms,36 endoscopes and 738 basic instruments)and the observation group (from October to December 2022,882 Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments,including 92 robotic arms,41 endoscopes and 749 basic instruments)successively by time.The control group's Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments were managed as common instruments.Precision management was applied to the Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in the observation group,and the whole process from use,recovery to distribution of the Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments was carried out.The treatment steps of the two groups of instruments were the same.The qualified cleaning rate,instrument damage rate and clinical department satisfaction of two groups of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments were analyzed.Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The rate of instrument damage in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical departments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The precision management of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in Disinfection Supply Center can improve the quality of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments,reduce the damage rate of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments,improve the satisfaction of users,and ensure the safety of patients.
