Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation management combined with detailed management on the quality of nursing care of patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with knee arthroscopic surgery admitted to Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group (30 cases)and the observation group (30 cases)according to the random number method.The control group adopted the detailed management method,the observation group adopted the PDCA circulation management combined with the detailed management method.The knee function score,pain and anxiety score,complication rate and nursing quality score of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of knee function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the score of pain and anxiety was lower than that in the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the score of nursing quality was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation management combined with detailed management can improve the knee function of patients,improve their physical and mental comfort,reduce the incidence of complications,and then significantly improve the quality of surgical care,which is worthy of application.
