Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic macular edema. Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic macular edema who were admitted to Jingdezhen Second People′s Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (60 patients, 60 eyes) and the observation group (60 patients, 60 eyes) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with laser photocoagulation, and the observation group was treated with Conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation. The blood flow density in macular area was compared between the two groups before and after 4 months of treatment. Macular center thickness and best corrected visual acuity were compared between the two groups before treatment and 1, 2 and 4 months after treatment. Results After 4 months of treatment, the blood flow density in the superficial and deep macular areas of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the blood flow density in the superficial and deep macular areas in the observation group after 4 months of treatment were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The best corrected visual acuity levels of the two groups at 1, 2 and 4 months after treatment were higher than those before treatment, the best corrected visual acuity levels of the two groups after 2 and 4 months of treatment were higher than those after 1 month of treatment, the best corrected visual acuity levels after 4 months of treatment of the two groups were lower than those after 2 months of treatment, the best corrected visual acuity levels of observation group after 1, 2 and 4 months of treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The thickness of macular center levels in the two groups after 1, 2 and 4 months of treatment were lower than those befo re treatment, the thickness of macular center levels in the two groups after 2 and 4 months of treatment were lower than those after 1 month of treatment, the thickness of macular center levels in the two groups after 4 months of treatment were lower than those after 2 months of treatment, the thickness of macular center levels of observation group after 1, 2 and 4 months of treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined with laser photocoagulation, Conbercept can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of diabetic macular edema, inhibit the increase of macular center thickness and improve visual function, and has a significant therapeutic effect.
