Abstract:Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine evidence-based mode plus ear acupoint compression in patients with gastrointestinal ulcer. Methods A total of 104 patients with gastrointestinal ulcer in the Department of Gastroenterology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine) from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the conventional treatment group and the combined traditional Chinese medicine group using the "drawing method", with 52 patients in each group. The routine intervention was used in the routine group, and the evidence-based mode of traditional Chinese medicine plus auricular point sticking was used in the combined group on the basis of routine intervention. The acid reflux, abdominal pain, Hamilton anxiety acale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and quality of life after intervention were compared between the two groups. At the same time, the total compliance rate and bleeding rate after one month of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of acid reflux and abdominal pain between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of abdominal pain and abdominal pain were lower than those of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of HAMD and HAMD in the two group were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the traditional Chinese medicine combination group were lower than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of physiological condition, family situation, cognition and role function in the combination group of traditional Chinese medicine were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). One month after the intervention, the bleeding rate in the traditional Chinese medicine combination group was lower than that in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the evidence-based mode of traditional Chinese medicine and auricular plaster intervention in patients with peptic ulcer, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, regulate anxiety and depression, improve the living standards of patients, strengthen the overall compliance behavior, reduce the bleeding rate, and help to accelerate the recovery of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
