延伸康复干预在脑瘫出院患儿家庭康复中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨延伸康复干预在脑瘫出院患儿家庭康复中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2018年12月至2020年12月在江西省赣州市人民医院进行常规治疗的200 例脑瘫疾病患儿，根据出院后康复干预方式的不同将其分成对照组（100 例）和观察组（100 例）。对照组出院后以传统方法进行康复干预，观察组出院后以延伸康复干预模式进行康复干预。比较两组患儿干预前后的运动功能和智力相关评分、病情控制总有效率、家属对出院后康复干预模式的满意度。结果观察组患儿干预后的运动功能和智力相关评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的病情控制总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组家属对出院后康复干预模式的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑瘫患儿在出院后家庭康复期间接受延伸康复干预可以减少不良事件的发生，大幅度改善运动能力和智力水平，使康复干预效果及家属满意度得到同步提升。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of extended rehabilitation intervention in family rehabilitation of discharged children with cerebral palsy. Methods From December 2018 to December 2020, 200 children with cerebral palsy who received routine treatment in Ganzhou People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group (100 cases) and the observation group (100 cases) according to different rehabilitation intervention methods after discharge. The control group received rehabilitation intervention with traditional methods after discharge, and the observation group received rehabilitation intervention with extended rehabilitation intervention mode after discharge. The motor function and intelligence-related scores, the total effective rate of disease control and the satisfaction of parents with the rehabilitation intervention mode after discharge were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, the motor function and intelligence-related scores of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P＜0.05). The total effectiveness rate of disease control in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). The satisfaction of parents with the rehabilitation intervention mode after discharge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion Extended rehabilitation intervention for children with cerebral palsy during family rehabilitation after discharge can reduce the occurrence of adverse events, greatly improve their motor ability and intelligence level, and improve the effect of rehabilitation intervention and parental satisfaction simultaneously.
