Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of precise nursing in patients under endo-bronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) after general anesthesia. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with pulmonary nodules and lung placeholder admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.All patients received EBUS-TBNA general anesthesia, and were divided into observation group and control group by different nursing methods, with 20 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing after EBUS-TBNA general anesthesia, and patients in the observation group received precise nursing based on routine nursing after EBUS-TBNA general anesthesia. The amount of blood loss at 48 h after operation, incidence of postoperative chest distress, satisfaction rate of sampling and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of blood loss at 48 h after operation in observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative chest distress and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of sampling of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of precise nursing in EBUS-TBNA patients after general anesthesia is significant, which can reduce the incidence of complications and ensure the safety of patients.
