Abstract: Arrhythmia belongs to common heart disease, with its quickness arrhythmia, tardy arrhythmia, can be divided into clinical treatment no effective drug for a long time, drug use too much, can appear side effect, influence the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with recovery, select effective and safe drug, are key problems in the treatment of arrhythmia. Amiodarone is a commonly used anti-arrhythmia drug in clinic, while Metoprolol is a typical β receptor blocker, which is widely used in clinic. In this paper, the mechanism and research progress of amiodarone and metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia were reviewed, aiming to provide theoretical basis for guiding clinical medication.
